Instructions
1. Prepare the Zucchini: Carefully hollow out the zucchinis, leaving the ends intact. Set aside.
2.Make the Filling: In a bowl, combine the ground meat, rice, chopped onion, olive oil, allspice, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3.Stuff the Zucchini : Fill each zucchini with the meat and rice mixture, leaving some space for the rice to expand.
